By accessing www.roundful.app, joining the waitlist, or using the Roundful mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Roundful provides a mobile application that helps users track their food intake using an approximate circle-based system, where each circle represents approximately 100 kilocalories. The service also includes a website, waitlist, and related communications.
Roundful is free to download and use for the core circle-based tracking experience. Optional premium features are available through in-app purchase, as described in Sections 3–6 below.
Roundful offers two ways to unlock premium features:
Pricing is displayed inside the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
If you choose the yearly subscription, the following terms apply, in line with Apple's requirements for auto-renewing subscriptions:
Because all purchases are processed by Apple, refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by Apple's policies and are not handled by Roundful. To request a refund or report a problem with a purchase, please use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com or follow the steps in Apple's refund support article.

Roundful is available globally as a free download. However, premium paid features (lifetime access and the yearly subscription) are currently not available to users in the European Union. This is due to ongoing work to align with Apple's End User License Agreement and related regulatory requirements that apply to paid digital services in the EU.
We are actively working to make premium features available to EU users and will update this section, and notify affected users in the app, once support is rolled out. The free core experience remains fully available to EU users in the meantime.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Roundful. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Roundful is a general-purpose wellness app intended to support healthy habits. It is not a medical device, and the information it provides is not medical advice. The circle-based system is a rough approximation and should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions related to any medical condition.
We strongly recommend consulting a registered dietitian or physician before beginning any calorie-restricted diet, particularly if you have or suspect you may have an eating disorder, diabetes, or any other health condition affected by diet.

All content, design, code, and materials in Roundful — including the circle-based logging system, visual design, and brand identity — are the intellectual property of Roundful and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roundful and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roundful and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roundful is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
