By accessing www.roundful.app, joining the waitlist, or using the Roundful mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Roundful provides a mobile application that helps users track their food intake using an approximate circle-based system, where each circle represents approximately 100 kilocalories. The service also includes a website, waitlist, and related communications.

3. User eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Roundful. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

4. Health disclaimer

Roundful is a general-purpose wellness app intended to support healthy habits. It is not a medical device, and the information it provides is not medical advice. The circle-based system is a rough approximation and should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions related to any medical condition.

We strongly recommend consulting a registered dietitian or physician before beginning any calorie-restricted diet, particularly if you have or suspect you may have an eating disorder, diabetes, or any other health condition affected by diet.

5. User accounts and data

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may delete your account and data at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials in Roundful — including the circle-based logging system, visual design, and brand identity — are the intellectual property of Roundful and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roundful and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roundful and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
