Roundful ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application that helps you track food intake using a simple circle-based system. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app or visit our website at www.roundful.app.
We collect information you provide directly, and some information automatically:
Roundful offers paid features through Apple's in-app purchase system, including a one-time lifetime unlock and an auto-renewing yearly subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID password, or other billing credentials.
When you complete a purchase, the app receives an anonymized transaction identifier and your current entitlement status from Apple. We use this only to unlock your premium features, restore previous purchases on a new device, and verify subscription validity. The commercial terms of these purchases (auto-renewal, refunds, regional availability) are described in our Terms of Service. Apple's own data handling around your transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Your health and food logging data is stored primarily on your own device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms. Waitlist information is stored on secure servers located in the United States.
We retain waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until the app launches and you create an account. App data on your device is entirely under your control — you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or using the in-app data deletion option.

Roundful is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
