Hi, I'm Jesse. I live in Vancouver, Canada, and I built roundful.app out of personal necessity.

Like many of you, I have been trying to find a perfect app to help with my food awareness and felt overwhelmed by the "precision trap." Most apps today use AI to scan your plate or demand you weigh every blueberry. It turns eating into a data-entry job, and eventually, we all quit.

I wanted something different. I wanted to develop food awareness — that is, the ability to look at a plate and instinctively understand its energy. roundful.app is designed to be a "gentle nudge" rather than a rigid tracker. It's about building a sustainable relationship with food, one circle at a time.
